Ford Parts 7C19-3A713AD Steering Return Pipe for Ford Transit V348

On a Transit V348 / New Gen Quanshun, the 7C19-3A713AD is the low-pressure return hose that carries used steering fluid from the steering gear back to the pump/reservoir — the one with the crimped metal ferrules at both ends that the trade calls "铁接机 / 铁接壶". It runs along the front crossmember, so it catches road grit, heat from the exhaust, and constant vibration. When the NBR lining hardens or a ferrule weeps, you lose fluid, the pump sucks air, and the wheel goes heavy at parking speeds — often with a whine from the pump that isn't actually the pump's fault.

This is the return line. Don't confuse it with the high-pressure line (6C11-3A713-BC / Ford 1764044), which runs pump → steering gear and has a braided steel layer. Swap it, use new sealing washers, top up with the spec fluid and bleed by cycling lock-to-lock — the steering comes back light.
